HOW TO YOU DETERMINE YOUR RATES?
We regularly review residential cleaning prices in the Kansas City area and strive to provide an affordable rate to our clients. We charge a flat rate for each cleaning session we perform. This rate includes one or more of our extensive checklists, any requested add-ons, as well as any additional items discussed with an individual client.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently we can accept cash, check, or Venmo.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes. Jill's Tiptop Cleaning LLC and all of our employees are fully bonded and insured to protect you and your home.
DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT?
Yes, we arrive to your home with all the necessary supplies and equipment to make your home shine! All of our cleaning solutions are eco-friendly and naturally-made, as well as unscented or low-scented. If you would like us to your own cleaning equipment or special supplies, just let us know. We would be happy to accommodate your preferences!
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
No. We offer one-time services, periodic cleanings, as well as regular/ongoing cleanings. You get to choose which schedule works best for you!
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Service reliability is extremely important to us. We ask that clients give a minimum of 24 hours advance notice (Monday clients must call before noon on the previous Friday) to cancel or reschedule for any reason. We understand that circumstances arise that require a cancellation, but if a client has excessive cancellations, we reserve the right to cancel all future cleanings.
